SMS Messaging Policy

Capital Resource may provide SMS (text message) communications to customers who have opted in to receive messages. These messages may include:

  • Customer support responses
  • Document or submission reminders
  • Appointment or consultation reminders
  • Important service-related alerts
  • Limited promotional or informational messages related to Capital Resource services

SMS messages are used to assist clients throughout the recovery and resolution process and to improve communication efficiency.

To unsubscribe:

Reply STOP to any SMS message received from Capital Resource.

After opting out, the user will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from that messaging program unless they opt in again.

Users may re-subscribe at any time by submitting a new opt-in request.

7. Carrier Participation

SMS messaging services are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers; however, carrier participation may vary.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Capital Resource will not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes without explicit user consent.

Information collected through SMS programs is handled in accordance with the Capital Resource Privacy Policy.

The Capital Resource SMS messaging program is designed to comply with applicable industry standards and regulations, including:

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • Applicable carrier messaging policies

10. Prohibited Messaging Content

Capital Resource will not use its SMS messaging program to transmit prohibited content, including:

  • Illegal or fraudulent messages
  • Phishing or deceptive messaging
  • Spam or unsolicited marketing messages
  • Content restricted by carriers such as SHAFT categories (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) where applicable

Capital Resource may update this SMS Messaging Policy from time to time to reflect operational, regulatory, or carrier policy changes.
